My Day

Your route-morning autopilot

A route morning that plans itself.

Your route time arrives the night before. My Day works backwards from it to plan your whole morning — and wake you up.

The challenge

Waking up the day after a tiresome route the day before

Arrive late and the load goes without you. For an operator, one lost route costs more than a full year of My Day for that crew.

Slept in again Underestimated the traffic Late for route start Not a good look
The setup

Set a home and depot address. Once.

Then if you ever fall asleep before the route lands, my day will catch it for you whilst you dream. Flip one switch.

From then on, every route start builds your morning backwards — no maths, no alarms to set.

It’s intelligent

It thinks about the morning, so you don’t have to.

  • Traffic-aware. Drive time kept honest for morning roads.
  • Learns your commute. It tunes to how your commute flows to offer better suggestions.
  • Won’t let you oversleep. The alarm gets louder — the more you ignore it.
  • Never guesses. No route — no alarm, just happily enjoy your well deserved late morning lye in..

Questions operators ask about My Day / Calendar

What is My Day?
The route morning that plans itself. The route start lands the night before; My Day plans the morning backwards from it — wake-up, leave-home and arrive-early times — and pushes them to the crew's phone and calendar.
What does a crew have to set up?
Two addresses, once: home and depot. Drive time and get-ready time are set beside them. After that every route start builds the morning by itself.
Who is it for?
New crews most of all: the Route Days playbook walks them from an unrushed wake-up to wrapping their logs, at the right time each step.
What does My Day / Calendar cost?
£4 per crew, per month. Prices are set in the Runmark catalogue and are the same here, on Build Your Van and at checkout.
